What’s New on the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan?
To its credit, when Volkswagen committed to rethink its approach to the Tiguan, no stone was left unturned. This can be plainly seen in the model’s tech features, starting with the available Volkswagen Digital Cockpit, which replaces traditional gauges with an available 12.3-inch gauge display. With the VDC, operators can easily toggle between different settings depending on the driving situation. Also added is the available VW Car-Net App-Connect interface with an 8-inch touchscreen, letting users easily access navigation and streaming music with ease.
The performance of the 2018 Tiguan is equally impressive. Powered by a 2.0L TSI engine rated for 184 hp and 221 lb-ft of torque, the Tiguan is perfectly suited to handle both city and country driving conditions. Meanwhile, 4Motion All-Wheel Drive is available to add as well, meaning that winter and off-road terrain challenges can be traversed with ease.
